I am excited about our school being moved into a new area. The best part is the outside area and being able to explore and create outside. I first went to school and received a Computer Science degree and than decided to do a complete change and follow my heart. I went back to school at Rochester College and received a BS degree in Early Childhood with a minor Child Psychology. I was co-owner in Rochester MI with a private preschool and when I moved to Ann Abor I worked for 9 years with a grant from state in the GSRP preschool program. I have participated on many different committees for children rights and been a parent advocate for numerous families in Washtenaw County. One program I was most proud of participating in is I did documentation for UM in helping China improve their preschool programs. I enjoy reading, and on weekends with my husband we enjoy movies, exploring Ann Arbor restaurants.

I graduated from the University of Michigan with my bachelors and masters degrees and taught for seven years before taking a break to stay home with my two children. I’m excited to get back into education at Green Garden Preschool. I’m passionate about the importance of childhood.
